Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without providing any reason. You then have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

Send an email to [info@bricks-burg.com] with your order number and the reason for return. We will then provide you with the return instructions.

Return Costs
The cost of returning the product is at the customer’s expense, unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method.
Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:
- Products made to order specifically for you
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [info@bricks-burg.com] and include photos of the issue. We will resolve this for you free of charge.
